Skriber feature overview

See the main things you can do in Skriber and open the right step-by-step guide.

Skriber turns recorded or dictated visit audio into structured clinical notes. This overview links to the current guides for each major workflow.

Record and generate notes

Use the Skriber iPhone or Android app, or use Chrome on a computer. Select a patient and template, record the visit, then choose End Visit to begin transcription and note generation.

Shape the note

Choose a template for structure, use Custom Instructions for persistent preferences, add Visit Context for one encounter, or use Magic Edit and manual editing for one-note changes.

Finish the chart

Review every note before using it in the medical record. Copy the full note, copy one section, download a PDF, or use EHR Sync when it is available and configured for your account.

Account, billing, and privacy

Settings includes My Account, My Plan, and Privacy controls. Your account shows the authoritative plan, renewal date, retention option, and available sign-in or security settings.
