Use Skriber's public Trust Center and legal terms for current security and data-processing information. Do not rely on an old support message or a copied certification list.

Open the Skriber Trust Center for the current security posture, available documentation, and organization-review process.

Skriber's Platform Terms state that PHI included in customer data is processed under the Business Associate Agreement attached to those terms. An organization that needs a separate security or contracting review should contact Skriber with the legal organization name and reviewer contact.

For security questionnaires, access requests, or organization onboarding, send the organization name, requested document, deadline, and reviewer contact. Do not include patient records or credentials.

Use approved devices and networks, keep login credentials private, review access when staff roles change, and place final documentation in the organization's designated medical record.

Open the support messenger in the bottom-right corner of this Help Center. Include the email on your Skriber account, the device and app or browser you used, a short description of what you see.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary patient-identifying information.
