Skriber support builds and assigns custom note templates. Subscribers select and use templates in the app; they do not need to construct the full template themselves.
What to send
the note type and clinical specialty
the headings you need and their order
whether the format must match a specific EHR field layout
a de-identified example of the desired output
what the current template gets wrong or leaves out
Remove patient information
Do not send a real patient note as the example unless support has provided an approved secure workflow. Replace names, dates, identifiers, phone numbers, addresses, and other identifying details.
Refine an existing template
Describe the exact section and expected change. Good requests are specific, such as 'Place medications after Assessment' or 'Use separate Assessment and Plan headings.'
After support assigns it
Refresh Skriber, open the template selector, and run a short test. If you apply the template to a prior visit, save a copy of the current note before regeneration.
