Skriber can support Zoom workflows for telehealth visits when Zoom integration is enabled on your account. If you do not see Zoom options, contact support to confirm availability.
Connect Zoom
Sign in to Skriber.
Go to Settings > My Account.
Select Connect Zoom if it is available.
Follow the Zoom authorization prompts.
Confirm the connection before your first telehealth visit.
Before a Zoom visit
Make sure Skriber and Zoom are connected before the appointment starts.
Confirm your microphone and speaker setup.
If using a non-integrated workflow, make sure Skriber can hear both sides of the visit.
Avoid headphones if they prevent Skriber from hearing the patient.
During the visit
Keep the recommended Skriber recording path open and avoid interrupting recording, upload, or processing. For most users, the iOS app is the recommended recording path; desktop Chrome can be used when your workflow requires desktop access.
If the telehealth audio is incomplete
Telehealth audio problems usually happen when Skriber can hear only the clinician side. Try speaker audio, a second device, or the Zoom integration workflow if it is available for your account.
