The recording device must hear both clinician and patient audio. Headphones often hide the patient's side from the microphone.
Connect Zoom when the option is available
Open Settings → My Account.
Find Zoom Connection and choose Connect Zoom.
Complete the Zoom authorization steps.
Run a short non-patient test to confirm both sides are captured before relying on the workflow.
For other video platforms
Use speaker audio so the Skriber microphone can hear the patient, or record from a second device.
Keep the recording device near enough to hear both voices clearly.
Avoid Bluetooth headphones unless you have tested that both sides reach Skriber.
Keep Skriber open and do not close it while the upload is finishing.
For a telephone visit
Use speakerphone with Skriber recording on a second device. Recording a call and running Skriber on the same phone may not capture both sides reliably unless you have tested that exact setup.
