Account deletion is permanent. Copy notes and download invoices you need before you begin.
Before deleting
Finish or recover any recording that is still uploading.
Copy or download notes you must retain in the medical record.
Download invoices you need.
Confirm that you are signed into the correct account.
Delete the account
Open Settings → My Account.
Scroll to Delete account.
Choose Delete and review the warning.
If a paid subscription is active, complete the cancellation steps presented before deletion.
Confirm the permanent deletion.
What deletion does
The product warning states that deletion removes your data and settings and cannot be undone. Some information may still be retained where Skriber has a legal obligation or lawful basis, as described in the Privacy Policy and Platform Terms.
Deletion and cancellation are different
If a subscription is already scheduled to end, My Account shows the subscription end date. Review My Plan before deleting so you understand the remaining billing-period access.
