Your own My Plan page or mobile store receipt is the authoritative source for your subscription amount, billing schedule, renewal date, and add-ons.
Website-billed subscription
Sign in to Skriber.
Open Settings and select My Plan.
Review the active products, plan interval, price, and next billing or end date.
Choose Manage subscription for plan controls or Manage payment options for payment and billing details.
Apple or Google Play subscription
If the App Store or Google Play created the charge, use that store's Payments & subscriptions area to change or cancel it. Store pricing and renewal terms can differ from web pricing.
Organization or group plan
A group member may see that billing is managed by an organization administrator. Ask that administrator to change the plan, seats, or add-ons.
If My Plan looks wrong
Sign out only after confirming that no recording or upload is in progress.
Sign back in with the exact method used when the paid account was created: email and password, email code, Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
Compare the login email with the email on the receipt.
If Apple Hide My Email was used, the account may use an Apple private-relay address.
