Cancel your Skriber subscription

Cancel a web, Apple, Google Play, or group subscription and understand when access and billing end.

Cancel through the same billing channel that created the subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for a completed charge.

If you subscribed on the Skriber website

  1. Sign in to the account that owns the subscription.

  2. Open Settings and select My Plan.

  3. Open the subscription controls and choose Cancel subscription.

  4. Complete the reason and confirmation steps.

  5. Return to My Plan and confirm that an end date is shown. The menu may now say Keep subscription.

What happens next

  • A monthly plan remains available through the displayed monthly end date and does not renew after that date.

  • An annual plan remains available through the displayed annual term end date. Cancelling does not undo the paid annual term.

  • Cancelling during a trial stops conversion to the paid plan. Access continues through the displayed trial end date.

If Apple or Google billed you

Cancel from the store subscription settings for the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. Manage an Apple subscription or manage a Google Play subscription.

If the Cancel option is missing

  • Confirm that you used the same login email and sign-in method as the account that was billed.

  • Check whether Apple or Google Play shows the subscription.

  • If an organization pays for Skriber, ask the group administrator to manage the plan.

  • If My Plan already shows an end date, the cancellation may already be scheduled.

Refund requests are separate

Cancelling prevents a future renewal. If you want a completed charge reviewed, contact support with the account email, charge date, amount, and last four digits of the card when relevant. Never send a full card number.
