Change a login email or reconcile duplicate accounts

Know what is self-service and what support needs to review an email change or duplicate Skriber account.

The login email is displayed in My Account but is not currently editable there. Do not create more accounts to work around an email or sign-in problem.

Before contacting support

  • Finish any recording or upload in progress.

  • Write down each Skriber email or sign-in method involved.

  • Identify which account contains the subscription, visits, templates, or organization membership you need.

  • Choose the email you want to use going forward.

Duplicate accounts

Accounts created with email/password, Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Apple Hide My Email can look similar but remain separate. Support must review the account and billing records before saying whether data, subscription access, or organization membership can be reconciled.

What to send support

  • the current login email or private-relay email

  • the desired email

  • the email on the receipt when billing is involved

  • which account has the notes or templates you need

  • whether the account belongs to a clinic or group

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or patient information.

What not to do

Do not delete an account, cancel a legacy plan, or clear mobile app data until support confirms which account should be preserved.
