Sign in or reset your password

Use email, email code, Google, Microsoft, or Apple and recover access with the correct sign-in method.

Use the same sign-in method that created the account. A password reset will not fix a Google, Microsoft, or Apple login.

Choose the correct method

  • If you created the account with Google, choose Continue with Google.

  • If you used Microsoft or organization login, choose Continue with Microsoft.

  • If you used Apple, choose Continue with Apple. Apple Hide My Email may use a private-relay address.

  • If you created an email-and-password account, enter that email and password.

  • If an emailed sign-in code is offered, only the newest code works; requesting a new code replaces the older one.

Reset an email-account password

  1. Enter the account email.

  2. Check the inbox and spam folder for the reset message.

  3. Complete the reset using the newest message.

If you are locked out

Wait before retrying after too many failed attempts. Confirm the account email and provider instead of repeatedly requesting codes or resets.
