How to use Magic Edit

Use Magic Edit to revise note wording, structure, and formatting without rewriting the note manually.

Magic Edit helps you make targeted changes to a note. Use it when the note is mostly correct but needs wording, formatting, or section-level cleanup.

Good uses for Magic Edit

  • Reword a section more clearly.

  • Make a note more concise.

  • Change bullets to paragraphs or paragraphs to bullets.

  • Move details into the correct section.

  • Adjust patient instructions or plan wording.

How to use it

  1. Open the generated note.

  2. Select the note section or area you want to change.

  3. Open Magic Edit.

  4. Describe the change you want in plain language.

  5. Review the result before saving or copying the note.

Examples

  • Make the Assessment and Plan more concise.

  • Separate medications into their own bullet list.

  • Rewrite the patient instructions in simpler language.

  • Move exam findings into the Objective section.
