Message Skriber support, call during support hours, or book help with onboarding and workflow setup.

Use the Help Center for common steps. Contact support when an account, billing, recording, note, template, or EHR issue needs individual review.

Message support

Open the messenger in the bottom-right corner of this Help Center or the Skriber app. Send the account email, device, what you expected, what happened, and any visible status or error message.

Call (844) 771-7562, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

Book a Skriber success call for onboarding, workflow, template, or EHR setup help.

Protect patient and payment information

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary patient-identifying information. For a note issue, an approximate visit date/time and device are usually enough to begin.
