You can request account deletion if you no longer need Skriber. Before deleting, save any notes or invoices you need for your records.
Before deleting
Download or copy any notes you need.
Download invoices if needed.
Cancel any active subscription if applicable.
Confirm you are signed into the correct account.
Request deletion
Contact support from the email tied to your Skriber account and ask to delete the account. Include the login email and whether you also need subscription cancellation reviewed.
Important
Account deletion may remove access to visits, notes, settings, and account history. If your account is part of an organization or group plan, deletion may need administrator or billing review.
Subscription note
Deleting an account is not always the same as cancelling a subscription. If you have an active subscription, make sure cancellation is completed through Settings > My Plan or confirmed by support.
