You can usually cancel from Settings > My Plan. Cancellation options depend on the account, billing channel, and plan type.
Cancel from Skriber
Sign in to the account that owns the subscription.
Go to Settings > My Plan.
Select Manage Subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription if it is available.
Complete the cancellation steps and any required confirmation.
If you do not see Cancel Subscription
This usually means one of the following is true:
You are signed into a different email than the billing account.
Your subscription is managed through a different channel.
Your plan is inactive, already cancelled, or part of a group setup.
Your account needs support to reconcile the billing record.
Contact support with the billing email, login email, charge date, and the last 4 digits of the card if needed. Do not send full card numbers.
Trials
Some plans include a trial. If your trial required payment information, it may convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled before the trial end date. Check Settings > My Plan for your renewal date and plan details.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed by the billing team. If you believe a charge should be reviewed, contact support with your account email, charge date, and a short explanation.
After cancellation
Keep a copy of any notes you need before losing access. Skriber notes are accessible for at least 30 days, but your account access and plan features may change after cancellation.
