The invoice location depends on who processed the subscription payment.
Website-billed subscription
Open Settings → My Plan.
Choose Manage payment options or Manage subscription.
Open the billing history or invoice section.
Select the invoice to view or download it.
Apple or Google Play purchase
Use the purchase history and receipt for the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. Store receipts will not appear as Stripe invoices in Skriber.
Organization plan
If a clinic or organization pays for the account, ask the billing administrator for the invoice.
If no invoice appears
Compare the login email with the email on the receipt. If they differ, you may be viewing a different Skriber account.
