If you cannot sign in, start with the password reset page: https://app.skriber.com/forgotpassword/
If you are signed in
Go to Settings > My Account.
Open password or account security settings.
Enter your new password.
Save the change.
If you cannot sign in
Open the password reset page.
Enter the email used for your Skriber account.
Check your inbox and follow the reset instructions.
If the email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders.
If the reset email or code does not work
Confirm you are using the same email you used to create the account.
Request a new reset email if the old link expired.
If you use Apple private relay or Google sign-in, try the same sign-in method you used when you created the account.
Contact support if you still cannot access the account, especially if you may have more than one login email.
