How to change or reset your password

Change your password from account settings or reset it if you cannot sign in.

Use the account settings page if you are already signed in. Use password reset if you cannot access your account.

If you are signed in

  1. Go to Settings > My Account.

  2. Open password or account security settings.

  3. Enter your new password.

  4. Save the change.

If you cannot sign in

  1. Open the Skriber sign-in page.

  2. Select the password reset option.

  3. Enter the email used for your Skriber account.

  4. Check your inbox and follow the reset instructions.

If the reset email or code does not work

  • Confirm you are using the same email you used to create the account.

  • Check spam or junk folders.

  • Request a new reset email if the old link expired.

  • If you use Apple private relay or Google sign-in, try the same sign-in method you used when you created the account.

Contact support if you still cannot access the account, especially if you may have more than one login email.
