Ask AI may not have the full patient chart, medication history, labs, allergies, outside records, or context that was not spoken during the visit. Treat its output as documentation support, not as a substitute for clinical judgment.
Verify diagnoses, medication information, red flags, referrals, treatment plans, and patient instructions independently before using them.

Emergency triage.
Prescribing decisions by itself.
Final diagnosis decisions by itself.
