Visits sync to the account, not merely to the device. Use the same email and the same sign-in method on phone and computer.
On the phone
Record and end the visit in the Skriber app.
Wait until upload and processing are underway or complete.
Do not force-close the app during upload.
On the computer
Open app.skriber.com in Chrome.
Use the same sign-in method used on the phone.
Open the visit from the visit list.
Review the note, then copy, download, or sync it into the EHR.
If the visit is not there
Compare the email shown in My Account on both devices.
Check whether one device used Google, Microsoft, Apple, or a different email login.
Return to the phone and confirm the upload completed.
Do not reinstall or clear app data while the phone may still hold an interrupted upload.
