Go to <code>Settings</code> &gt; <code>My Plan</code>

Click on <code>Manage Subscription</code> dropdown.

Click on <code>Cancel Subscription</code>.

Fill the cancelation questionnaire and select the appropriate reason for your cancelation.

Complete the form to confirm your Cancelation.

2. Click on <code>Manage Subscription</code> dropdown.
3. Click on <code>Cancel Subscription</code>.
4. Fill the cancelation questionnaire and select the appropriate reason for your cancelation.
5. Complete the form to confirm your Cancelation.

To see the cancellation dropdown, you must have an active SkriberOne subscription. If your subscription is inactive, this option will not appear. Please ensure your plan is currently active before proceeding.

I clicked on “Manage Subscription” but don’t see the cancellation option. Why?

Why am I asked to fill out a questionnaire before cancelling?

- The coupon will be automatically applied to your subscription.
- You’ll be charged a reduced amount starting from your next billing cycle, valid for the duration mentioned in the coupon.

What happens if I accept the discount coupon during cancellation?

- You'll be able to schedule a slot via Calendly.
- A member of the Skriber team will join your session to:
 - Answer your questions
 - Help resolve issues
 - Guide you through any challenges you're facing with the product This is a great opportunity to get personalized help before making your final decision.

What happens if I book a one-on-one session?

Yes. While we recommend using the in-app “Manage Subscription” option for the fastest experience, you can also:

- Contact Skriber customer support to request cancellation manually.
